  Massa all that the no os doing is using the media well which they own most off.. apart from that everything you see and hear is talk talk... note uk built one stretch of runway just recently for £6billion pounds .... and that's just one simple runway.. we need to see what factories this man is talking about.. it's not the values that we need it's what factories and the companies that will be doing them... and oh timelines for each.. please next time when people say things sit back and think before u open your mouth... that's what a lot of Ghanaians are refusing to do

  ARE THE PRODUCTION MACHINES PRODUCED IN GHANA AND WHO ARE GOING TO BE THE PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MANAGERS AND QUALITY SKILLED WORK FORCE TO RUN THE FACTORIES.

  You are proposing the agenda about one district one factory without appointed of your MMDCEs, it means your plants will not work , do justice by fixing out their names for they Holly public to see.
