  EVEN IF,HIS ONE DISTRICT FACTORY WILL BE AGRICULTURAL BASED, IS THIS MAN AWARE, THE NATURE OF FARMING IN THE COUNTRY IS STILL PRIMITIVE AND DOMINATED BY ILLITERATE PEASANT FARMERS AND THAT HAS VERY LOW PRODUCTIVITY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE YEAR IN GHANA.
  
  AT A TIME THAT, MILLIONS OF HECTARES OF LAND CONTINUE TO IDEL AT A TIME THAT, IT COULD BE PUT TO PRODUCTION USE AND TO PRODUCE THE NECESSARY FOODSTUFFS TO FEED THE GROWING POPULATION, THE SO CALLED EDUCATED WITH BIG DEGREES AND PHD TITLES IN AGRICULTURE COULD STILL BE SEEN AT THE MINISTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE, REGIONAL AND DISTRICT GOVERNMENTS DEPARTRMENTS FOR NON-PRODUCTIVE WORK AND ENJOYING THE CHEAP MONTHLY SALARIES AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TAXPAYERS IN GHANA.
  
  UNLESS THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN GHANA IS COMPLETELY OVERHAULED,WHAT IS THE USE OF THE SO CALLED EXTENSION OFFICER IN SUCH A PRIMITIVE FARMING SECTOR DO IN GHANA.
  
  DONT DECEIVE YOURSELF-THIS IS PURELY AN ILLUSION.

  Did the president say $3billion dollars into agriculture which is farming how can you be productive when you can't even improve the farmers with modern farming tools and machines this is a complete slavery no wonder many smart farmers are not signing up because these monies will be given as loans to the farmers and once you commit to that you will work all your life in paying back your loans such incident happen in India and farmers has no option than to commit suicide, this government can't even fight invading worms destroying food crops funny propaganda guys who has borrowed soo much in just 6 months how can a wise man borrow so much even before his eggs hatch, there is over $150 million dollars worth of earth moving machines sitting idle which majority belongs to the private sector, and now you have borrowed to help these same private sector to help the government in cutting down unemployment and at the same time spending over $100 million dollars just to CATCH THE CEDI AGAINST THE US DOLLARS hahaha what a funny government indeed, I think this government lacks the right guys to help them fix the Economy, because Dr. Bawumai has no clue at all since he doesn't really understand figures and inflation in Economics and finance when it comes to system of governance, I know and can predict that the Bank of Ghana Will spend not less than $500 million dollars in 3 years just to stabilize the cedi from free fall.
