Have you or any Ghanaians given the many quack pastors and quack prophets any lashes for spreading religious lies and adulterated deceptions? What Ebo Noah said is no different what Ghana's quack pastors and prophets have been spreading. As much as we may not like hearing the lies of these quack prophets and quack pastors, they don't deserve to be arrested and prosecuted since making silly religious claims doesn't amount to breaking any law. Since when did Ghana become the land of Trump to be policing Christian utterances? It's one thing to condemn silly religious claims, but utterly absurd and draconian to misapply laws to arrest and prosecute any person making harmless religious claims, regardless of how silly or blasphemous those claims may sound. Unless the government has laws in the books that prohibit the making of such statements, or unless the government can demonstrate that that such statements are harmful to others or the country, then the arrest and prosecution of Ebo Noah are acts that should not be condoned by anyone.

One wonders why that Police never arrested Akufo-Addo for claiming that he made a pact with God to build a national cathedral, and that no government funds would be used to build that cathedral, but as Ghanaians slept, Akufo-Addo and Ofori-Atta proceeded to steal tax payers money to build that sham national cathedral, with some of Akufo-Addo's quack pastor cronies even helping to loot government funds directed to the national cathedral project. What sort of government do we have in Ghana when religious lying crooks like Akufo-Addo can go free after using religious lies to loot the country, while ark builder Ebo Noah gets arrested for making religious claims but never stealing government or private funds to help with his ark project?

Regardless of what your son's intention may have been, the Police and the court will be hard-pressed to justify their actions against him, for they clearly are singling him out for prosecution without justification. Making ridiculous religious claims is not an act that rises to level of breaking breaking any law. The Police and the court should be ashamed of themselves for misusing laws to prosecute an innocent person who was merely exercising his right to free speech. The authorities can't specificity what law your son broke, nor can they state with specificity what harm your son's statements caused any person or the nation.

To cause panic and fear is a crime or violation of the constitution. The government can persecute Ebo Noah, but it can't stop the mission. That ark will be built, and it will set sail on December 24, 2026, carrying a few good Ghanaians who have no stain of corruption in their bones, to a safe location far from the shores of Ghana, as Ghana gets swallowed by the Accra Sea on December 25, 2026. And you can bet your last cedi that there will be no Police Officers or government lawyers seated in that ark as its sails to safe shores. The only way Ghana will keep from being swallowed by the Accra Sea on December 25, 2026 is if the government apologizes for for persecuting Ebo Noah, and also issues him a diplomatic passport so that he can travel the world to showcase his ark.
