You are very right. All illegal Nigerians without Residential and Work Permits should be fingerprinted into a National Database. If they are found to have committed any serious crime, that Nigerian should be shaved with broken Glass or Bottle, marks made on the Forehead and deported to Nigeria. The one should be banned from ever coming back to Ghana again. If they do, they should be Gang Chained and Padlocked and made to undergo heinous work schedules for 10 hours a Day for 12 or fifteen years where they should be supervised by Military Police with Military Dogs. Just make illegal Nigerians uncomfortable in Ghana. They should not be allowed to sleep in front of Stores, not allowed to engage in any form of Trade as they did to Ghanaians decades ago. Landlords and Ladies who rent rooms to Illegal foreigners, especially Nigerians should have their houses confiscated for Police, Ambulance and Fire Service use and be made to do some Prison Time. Reward Informants who tell on Illegal Foreigners, especially Nigerians. Various communities can organize a kind of observers who should get paid if they tell on Illegal Nigerians who have been rented places by Ghanaians. Let Local Ghanaians work with the Police and the Traditional Authorities to arrest Illegal Nigerians and other foreigners and hand them over to the Police who should be monitored by a Traditional Government and Local Authorities to ensure that Illegal Foreigners, especially Nigerians are not allowed to be comfortable in Ghana. They should not be allowed to do any Hawking in towns or even sell and trade in our Markets. A good Nigerian is a dead and a decomposed one.
