Ever since Oti Region was created by that Abuakwa Dwarf, Nkwanta had know no peace, except tribal conflict. If Oti, and for that matter Nkwanta, was an integral part of Volta, this conflict would have been resolved by the Volta House of Chiefs. In any case Im yet to see any meaningful development of which purpose Oti Region was curved out of Volta.
