Marijuana is narcotic? I doubt that.

Why can't Ghana Government start buying marijuana from locals instead of arresting them? We have all these scientists warming chairs in offices taking fat paychecks and contributing nothing directly to Ghana's development. They should constitution research institutions and turn these herbs into meaningful products (Drugs and fiber for clothing).

Smoking marijuana is dangerous to people whose systems can't support them. I lost three friends to it, but it doesn't mean the herb is bad in itself. Everyone's personal habits can't be checked. That's why we always need good legislation that protects the individual from himself.
