Yes, 25 lashes at their bare backs, buttocks and under their feet. Hahahaha. Let them suffer. They can be paroled after 10 years and with that Military Discipline, they will be converted before parole and will never do that again.Let the Military do the discipline and rotate the Military Personnel who do the discipline.
