  It’s no wonder that so many people in the Ashanti Region are drug users. Ashanti Region is the hub of galamsey and galamseyers are known to be users of drugs. I heard that the land in the Ashanti Region belongs to the chiefs. If so why can't the chiefs issue an order to stop galamsey in the Region to help solve the drug abuse? I don’t think our revered chiefs are complicit in the galamsey. The earlier they issue a strong order to end galamsey in the Region, the better and clearer we will all realize that are not beneficiaries in the galamsey saga.

You can't even count them because they pass everywhere as Asante people but they are not I lived there and my name made many people to think that I am an Asante but I am not. I speak the language fluently and schooled there. Many people feel surprised when I always defend Asante but my ancestry is from Guan. Yes, the Legendary Okomfo Anokye is a Guan from Awukugua. I know his Family House which I think the Ministry of Tourism and Okuapemman can renovate and elevate it to become a tourist and Religious Center.
