    Kumasi DVLA is the most corrupt. Bribes paa ni especially where the pictures are taken.Thats where peoples information are sold by a lady clerk who always sit at the far right of the desk.

    personally i think fining the drivers serves not as a deterrent but an encouraging measure, what happened to community service as a means of punishment. what if the offender has more than enough, then fine really means nothin ...
