  At 18 isn't he suppose to be final yr student at SHS or even freshman at college? 18 year old at JHS? Anyway if he did commit such a heinous crime then he must be punish very well.

  Eighteen and in Junior High? Is it a low IQ case? If so, his offense must be viewed in that light and treated with some leniency.
