per year for non-commercial..And All commercial in USA must have brakes and lights inspected 2 times per year by certified person, usually at oil change time!

Parliament must pass a law which will require all vehicles be inspected annually before re- registration to ensure roadworthiness and safeguard public safety. MTU of the Ghana Police must enforce such a safety law.
