This is nonsense, and I only see weak minded Ghanaian youths trying to take something that actually belongs to them through payment. I ask this all the time when a bullet is moving at a fast pace moving for my chest would it divide itself and hit both me and the person who took the bribe? That is the question I always ask. and I always say I am waiting for a war to breakout between this country and another country and we shall see if someone will ask someone to join the army or if there is going to be conscription into the army by law and we shall see if the so called corrupt military bastards walking around as majors and generals and so on would have the nerve to fight a war on both sides on one hand the enemy and the other the young youth who they are denying them their place. We shall see.

Protocol enlistment must stop or the scam will continue. If 90% of recruitment is by protocol then people will be tempted to bribe their way into thereby creating a fertile ground for scammers to operate.
