  Amazing! So you wait until a colleague is killed before hunting dowm criminals. The security agencies must be proactive and stop being reactive. They have to wake and protect themselves and civivilians from criminals to avoid needless and avoidable deaths. The police must be proactive and not reactive as they look irresponsible at the moment.
