FOMENA IS OLD TRADITIONAL TOWN BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR SUPPORT ONE PARTY SYSTEM,ALL OF THE CITIZEN LOOK POOR ALWAYS AND THE TOWN DIDN,T DEVELOP,TOO KNOWN PEOPLE.

I think something seriously is wrong with this reported. This is because most district commanders are ASPs not even DSPs. Yet they are all a located vehicles for official duties. Superintendent comes after DSP. Check out it might even be a Lance Corp.

The Police should shift from the usual way of policing and develop intelligence gathering in their various jurisdictions of work in tracking down these gangsters.

He was not on a motor bike.
We were coming from Cape Coast on a Sprinter bus when we were attacked.
As soon as they approached the vehicle and they saw him in a police uniform they shoot at him. The officer was not armed
