The flag bearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) will be in the Klottey Korle constituency in the Greater Accra region to today, Thursday 18 August to campaign as part of his preparations towards this year’s presidential and parliamentary elections.
Nana Akufo-Addo just returned from the Western Region where he met with chiefs and opinion leaders who complained about the deplorable road network in the region. He promised to fix the roads if he wins the elections to become the next president of Ghana.
The three-time flag bearer also took a swipe at President John Mahama for failing to fix the poor roads in the region.
He posted on his Facebook page on Thursday that he will be in the Klottey constituency to continue with his campaign. “I'll be campaigning in the Klottey Korle constituency this afternoon. Stay tuned for live updates.”
