During those days, the then president rolled up a programm for all children schooling. No child lefr behind, which seems innocent and good omen for USA kids, especially inner city disadvantages. Now looking at it, it was a programme to conceal who he was in the bible. Whitemen would use anything to promote their interest first. So sad of their mind and heart.
I happened to secure an interview with a coordinator of such school in DC. This coordinator was happy to see me, because he was an African from Kenye, working under black american lady as the principal.
The kenyean wanted me for the school computer network retrofitting. He wanted to instal T3 to gain fast network to support numerous academic streams. T3 is 24 or 28 T1's, if i am not loosing my geek. I told him t3 is too huge, it covers about three blocks of DC huge building blocks. We need just 3 T1. School administration get their own, and the remaining two goes to the school.
