KABA’s funeral: SP Kofi Sarpong performs to console widow

Celebrated music icon, SP Kofi Sarpong at the burial grounds of the late KABA ministered soothing songs to console the aggrieved widow.

SP Sarpong performed a number of songs which got the audience involved.

Typical of his songs, the bereaved family got encouraged from the ‘soul uplifting’ lyrics it spelled out as they sang out loud and danced to the ‘comforting’ tune.

The mortal remains of the late KABA was laid to rest following the burial service which was held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra on Saturday, December 16.

Several politicians and showbiz personalities including the vice president’s wife, Samira Bawumia graced the funeral to commiserate with the bereaved families.
