Mahama praises daughter Farida's rapid growth in new photo

Mahama, on Sunday, shared a picture of his young daughter in a pose with his wife, Lordina.

The former president pointed out in the caption of the photo that Farida, at just 11, was almost as tall as her mother.

"Farida and Mum back home from church. At 11 almost as tall as mum," he wrote on Instagram.

Reacting to Mahama's post, some social media users said the picture showed that Farida was already taller than Lordina.

Mahama and his daughter have long been very close. As president, he used to take Farida out on some official duties.

The former president also used to make time to attend important events at her school.

Mahama is no doubt the most excited about Farida's rapid growth.
