Bullet is the CEO of RuffTown Records
Ghanaian music executive and Rufftown Records boss Bullet has called on organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards to bring back Shatta Wale, stating that the event lacks excitement without the dancehall artiste.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM on May 12, 2026, Bullet mentioned that the presence of Shatta Wale and his loyal fanbase would inject more energy and entertainment into the annual awards ceremony.
“They have to bring back Shatta Wale. If only TGMA organisers would listen to my advice, they should bring him back,” he said.
According to Bullet, relations between Charterhouse and Shatta Wale have improved, making a reconciliation possible.
“Charterhouse and Shatta Wale are cool now, so if they bring Shatta Wale back, it will be fun. Since he’s also a Ghanaian musician, they should talk to him,” he stated.

Bullet noted that the energy brought by the Shatta Movement significantly enhances events involving the artiste.
“SM fanbase has some energy they carry at events that involve their boss. Even if someone insults me for saying this, I don’t care because that’s the truth,” he shared.
The music executive also reflected on his long-standing friendship with Shatta Wale, revealing that they shared difficult moments before either of them achieved success.
“Shatta Wale is my brother and I’ve been part of his struggle. We used to smoke together and he used to talk about the things he would do when he hit. I’m always honoured that I started life with someone who’s now great,” Bullet added.
