  Firstly, what l can tell you is mutual respect and if you have done this for 10 yrs then it means you're both matured for marriage.
  Then good communication because healthy and constant communication can get to a man's heart even though he'll play dumb sometimes. Make sure you're not empty head as well.
  Shared goals and values can deeply play a role for a man. That means, you have to be compatible like choices, carrier aspirations, religious beliefs and similar lifestyles.
  Then trust and emotional availability.. if you are emotionally available and supportive plus have his best interest at heart then bam, you have scored some points for life. Forget about the good food, sex and taking good care of him like you said, because he can get all that from somewhere and play you. But if you can adhere to my two cents of advice then put it all together with the bedmatics, food and respect then that's a HOME RUN. You would become a full package and a marriage material. Trust me he'll marry you in no time. Good luck and continue to pray as well.
