What is it about Ghanaians and law? Study 21st century courses instead of law. Lawyers in Ghana are scammers who work with judges to drag cases over decades not to seek justice, but to make money out of clients.
It's not a law degree. He can't become a lawyer with a master's in law. law school is different from law as master's. It's like a business course for a semester but not a full 4yrs business degree.
Despite your concerns, every business, industry, sector needs Lawyers. Lawyers are not for court only, they are some of the best consultants, advisors, financial managers. Again his Master's is just master's not a law practic ...
