  Very good point. There are many out there who are abused or bullied daily, but they find themselves too helpless to speak out. Any person with empathy in them can easily feel the pain coming out of this lady, and that experience must indeed be very genuine. Society must learn to listen those who have been abused or bullied on the past, as well as those still being bullied or abused, and find ways to protect these victims of abuse. A sympathetic ear will go a long way to ease an abused or bullied victim's pain, even if one can't provide any assistance or guidance.
