Talk is cheap... Every Ashawo, truck pusher, or wee seller gave up their educational dream to do what they do. I am not knocking that. The VALID question is, did she finish the prerequisites needed to enter into medical school before she changed her mind, or she is just fantasizing over her pipe dream.. Attending medical school can not be an option over motherhood if entrance into medical school is out of reach. Eg. Did she have a change of mind after a good O/A level results in science. Did she finish pre-med and passed her MCAT. If she did not do any of these, going to medical school was never an option for her. She just got caught up pregnant playing games with Osebo.

Some people may be good at multi-tasking, but those multi-taskers may not be as smart as those who may chose do something else instead of pursuing a medical career. Many successful men and women have chosen to do other things instead of completing their undergraduate degrees, and that doesn't make them less smart than the multi-taskers who who multi-tasked their way through college. Bill Gates of Micro Soft, Mark Zuckerberg of Face Book, just to mention a two names, are among a group of many men and women who who gave up their education ambition to pursue a business path. Different folks, different strokes. It comes down what a person deems to be more important when faced with a choice, and that certainly has nothing to do with being smart or not being smart.
