If the major incentive is to provide cheap electricity at night, then why shouldn't factories or businesses hold off work and only operate at night, or reduce daytime work and ramp up nighttime work just to take advantage of the cheap electricity.
There always have been 24-hr operations in every part of the world where there's demand for the produce of merchandise.
No amount of incentive will drive a 24-hr economy if the products or services are chasing buyers.

Tell npp to explain where the agypa royalties money went? 1 district 1 dam, 1 million per district, the money is in Ghana we don’t need to borrow, Accra cleanest city etc. I beg just look out for the NDC manifesto soon and you’ll know the levels but just for your information the 24hour policy means because of the less usage of electricity the government can subsidise heavily hence the reduction in rate. This is nothing for a grown person not to understand. During any 24 hour cycle the are peak periods and low peak periods. It’s on this premise that the reduced rate applies.
