Power cuts anytime, anyhow, from a company that was previously a corporation. If this isnt gross heartlessness, recklessness and incompetence, what is? While this unusual mindlessness continues, the water company that was also previously a corporation closes tap-water flow and sometimes lets the tap-water flow very scantily for a short while at about 1:30-2:30 a.m when people are fast asleep.

What's really the kind of sickness in these two utility "companies" that have to ensure that Ghanaians at large have normal lives?
