This is disgusting! And she seemed to be talking about it with pride! I don’t know if saying I lost all respect for her is appropriate considering she was the victim who innocently gave herself to be used for 10 years, under the fear of OD sacking and beating her up.

Rape has its consequences. So is getting sexually involved with someone and moving on to another person, especially if there's been a covenant.

A young man told me a story of how his girlfriend showed up suddenly in his apartment after being away for weeks. While they were chatting, he suddenly blurted "you went away to get married, right?" The girlfriend was shocked. She admitted it and left.

The young man said he couldn't describe the feeling of what came over him to make that statement. Just imagine the consequences of sleeping with another man's wife. A woman who's been customarily married. Those drinks given in exchange for a woman's hand in marriage are not things you joke with.

This young man would have been going about seeking akwanchere.
