I still don't know why the police did not and still have not arrested lilwin for causing an accident that has claimed a life. That is a serious road traffic offense yet we are hanging it as if it was normal.

The law must be applied to this case and if found guilty, Lilwin must serve jail time . If people are asked to pay money to avoid sentencing, our legal system will favor only the rich in society.
