You simply cannot leave a Ghanaian to run your shop beyond 24 hours. If you can't micro manage a shop don't open one. There are processes that the big box foreigner shops like melcom and other successful Giants in Ghana put into affect that mitigates embezzlement if you prefer to outsource your management but you have to be willing to learn,invest and deploy those methods. Ghanaians simply despise their own successful black counterpart. Give them that chance and they won't pass up on destroying you.
