the country Ghana can never move forward as a country when every citizens don't want to follow the process, learn, make mistakes and learn from the mistakes but want to cut corner to the top because they love to be in the podium but hate the hard work that gets people to the podium.

I work with students and it's a worrying trend. A lot of them have problems with tried and tested rules and procedures and try to substitute them with theirs.

What's even more annoying is when they desperately try to convince me to accept theirs and end up labelling me as difficult when I insist on the right thing.

On a more serious note, we read about salvation in the bible and the only way to get to the Father is through the Son Jesus Christ. It's so clear in there but you have people saying otherwise. So if you die and resurrect one day to see the Owner of the place telling you that you don't qualify, what would do? Bribe him? Force your way in? That's how seriously we should consider laid down rules and procedures.

Finally, was this chef expecting to have his name in the book after using his own ways and means? Unless there's something wrong with him up there, I don't really understand his reasoning.
