1992 constituion Article 63(3) A person shall not be elected as President of Ghana unless at the presidential election the number of votes cast in his favour is more than fifty per cent of the total number of valid votes cast at the election.
Take note who are the plus one people? They are the people you insult daily not making your party attractive to.

The way to know the smoothness level of candidates isn't to organize a one-man press engage where the candidate 'Beats about the bush' and get away with it. So far John Dramani is speaking only sweet grammar which will not add to managing the economy. If you and your candidate are afraid to debate Bawumia it means alot. You decision is yours but know that it's not only your vote which will determine the elections. The majority of discerning Ghanaians out there will also vote against JDM if he fails to debate Bawumia. You know the 24-hour economy is nothing but a prank which sounds good by talking. I bet you if JDM is elected he won't even know where to begin with this policy let alone implement it. Even the one-time NHIS premium he promised in 2008 and failed was easier than the vague 24-hour economy. If you can't explain something, you don't understand it and can't implement it. So far none in the NDC has been able to explain exactly what the 24-hour economy means? Its good to have a country running 24-hours, but how you're going do it is the 'Million dollar question" which can distinguish truthfulness from trickry. Why do you want me to believe they can implement it if they can't explain it? Through magic or what?

Another one too is on record to have said "if the fundamentals are weak the exchange rate will expose you." Unless it'll be organized by the Political Science Department of our Universities. Legon, KNUST and UCC take turns in organizing such. But Bawumia what is he going to debate on?
