  My brother, sorry. I'm having similar problems but the doctors say it's Parkinson disease. They put me on lots expensive medications for the pains and tremors but nothing is working. I'm deteriorating and they say there's nothing to be done. Almost paralyzed. I should manage it for life. Oh God
