    I think you have punished him enough by making him bankrupt so set a boundary for yourself and pledge to never have anything to do with him again even if relocating from where you stay and changing your phone number.

    Cut ties with him, after all, you got what you wanted. Taking care of you through your schooling, that was the reason why you stayed even though you were going through this ordeal.
