Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has once again taken aim at the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) following the high-profile case in which his Lamborghini Urus was seized.

According to the artiste, the agency was “lucky” he wasn’t arrested.

During a performance at the Gomoa Easter Carnival on April 5, 2025, Shatta Wale recounted the experience, describing how he avoids conflict and reflecting on the tense incident.

“I don’t act foolishly towards people because I don’t want anyone acting foolishly towards me. If you do that, I will retaliate. I was in Ghana when some government officials came to my house, saying they were looking for a missing car. Later, they accused me of fraud. They’re lucky they didn’t arrest me, like they’d see,” he told fans during the show.

Shatta Wale’s feud with EOCO began in October 2025, after he alleged that the agency had stormed his house with guns and accused its boss, Raymond Archer, of abusing power.

EOCO, however, stated that its officials had only come to retrieve the vehicle, which was allegedly implicated in a robbery in the United States.

The artiste was later invited to EOCO headquarters in Accra and detained for several days, prompting outrage and a protest by fans outside the premises before his release.

Since then, the “Street Crown” singer has repeatedly taken shots at the agency.
