From the police, court, registry, social workers, prison officers who are majority women to the judge, you have a high barrier to climb. For example, the police who visit your premises will include a police woman who by policy should take the woman to a "secure" place for questioning. This is where this police woman will coach her on what to say.

She is given a form to fill where there is a part that she has to tick if she is subject to Domestic Violence. The moment she affirms that she is a "victim" of DV, the man will have to prove that he has not subjected her to DV. Note, DV, Abuse can mean anything.

Only this DV, Abuse matter can take the man about 1 year prove. This is where the man is guilty before proven innocent. They put these things in the policy flip[ any domestic situation in favour of the woman.

When i went to Law School in England, our Family Law tutor told us profoundly that the policies are stronger than the laws and we didn't understand. It is until we delved into the issues topic by topic that even the feminists in the class realised that men have no chance in domestic situations.

Note that this is only one area that i have tried to illustrate. Be careful.
