Fashion icon Osebo the Zaraman has opened up about the difficult situation many Ghanaian men face when living with their partners abroad.
He said some women have confessed to beating their husbands, while the men cannot fight back without risking arrest or deportation.
Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Aluta FM, Osebo said he has received accounts from several couples living overseas that never make it into public discussions.
"Some women have confessed to assaulting their husbands, and some men have admitted they have been beaten by their wives," he said.

He explained that Western legal systems heavily favour women in domestic disputes, leaving men with little protection when things go wrong at home.
"If you and a woman have an issue abroad, it will go against you. The moment a woman mentions that you have assaulted or even raped her, you are finished. If she assaults you, you can't fight back, because the moment you touch her, it becomes a different case. You can be arrested and deported,” he said.
Osebo, who lived in Germany for several years, also pointed to government welfare systems that he says have made some men financially dependent on their partners. Even living in homes owned by their partners.
"The government sponsors accommodation for women who give birth there, and women with more than four children get financial aid. So many men end up living in their wives' houses, and if she is troublesome, he is at her mercy,” he noted.
