I won't be quick to pass any judgement since I've not heard your 'supposed' sister's side of the story. However, over dependence, over reliance and over burdening our siblings sometimes create unbearable pains and pressure on them which sometimes if not handled properly, may result in comments that has tendency of destroying the hard earned bond that has been created over the years. You are man, whatever life you're into that your sister considers negative and it is truly affecting you just quit! Put yourself together and begin to build your financial muscles in order to be financially stable. My advice to your sister is to be careful of her utterances as time changes and in this world everybody needs somebody. Sort things out and have your sister back; blood is always thicker.
