One time, she attacked me while I was sitting on the toilet, compelling me to leave home without cleaning up. Her violence continued to the point where I could no longer take it and gave her a backhanded slap to repel her from continuing to attack me with a metal object. She started screaming orukum ooo orukum ooo. The neighbours ignored her bcz they were aware of her behaviour. I once reported her violence to the police, but my Mum stopped me from pursuing the case. Pretending to care about resolving the dispute, her mother called for a meeting, only to refuse to address the matter at hand and ask for her grievances against me to be addressed first, which grievances included me liking her. How can I like a woman who encourages her daughter to cheat on her husband, show she's tough by being disrespectful and violent. Indeed, the woman told me her daughter isn't tough enough and that she used to slap customers to show she's tough. And yet, when divorce came up, I couldn't bring myself to tell it all out of respect for my kids and father-in-law. And I let her take practically everything away so I can have my freedom, dignity and peace of mind.
