Heartwarming to see Ghanaian authorities taking care of some of their "stranded" citizens abroad.
Better use of money than spending it on self seeking reasons such as political scholarships and welfare for political appointees who have loud mouths to talk on TV and radio but cannot find money for their new babies.

Those wanted to go back home contact Ghana High commission then they will send you to British deportation centre then you get free ticket.

They will do this for public show for their own personal interest, there are alot of such people on the streets but they won’t support
why only this isolated case?The person does not even want to go home.What kind of help does he really need? Rent him an apartment,find him a job?None of the friends there can help take him into their homes?
