  There has to be road signs and speed limits so that drivers will adhere to it.dont think they should know off hand since most of Ghanaian drivers had their licences by the road side NO TEST .Next is online test then practical ...

  There has to be road signs and speed limits so that drivers will adhere to it.dont think they should know off hand since most of Ghanaian drivers had their licences by the road side NO TEST .Next is online test then practical test before licences. DVLA would have accumulated more taxes than any other.
