The writer should have presented a CV of the deputy minister designate and discuss it to show the beauty with brain 'accolade' given as a title to this write-up. If I were a teacher/lecturer at a journalism school where this script is presented as an examination paper, I will mark it as 50%.

So please Mr Writer,it is important to do the necessary background study to gather the relevant information before you begin to sit by your typewriter/pc because this script am sorry to say is not worth our reading time and effort.
