Actually we Africans are have very little to none education of marijuana. cancer and hiv/aids patients are prescribed medical marijuana to help ease their pain. its a matter of culture difference when it comes to marijuana with us Africans. let me ask you this, don't weed grow on earth and cultivated like any other herb? also marijuana has been clinically proven to be far better for you than alcohol. there has never been a single death caused by weed but there are thousands a year on alcohol related death. I think ots his right to self medicate but you cant sit here and judge the man for doing what makes him comfortable.

Do you know the difference between PRESCRIPTION and NON-PRESCRIPTION? Why are some medicines prescribed and others are not? Please do not misinform the general public about issues you have no in-depth knowledge about. I am a practicing psychologist and l know how controversial the issue of medical marijuana is in the US so please let's not encourage it back homes in Ghana
