Then how come the bad journalist stated thereafter that Samini is to distribute the light across the lenght and breat of Ghana? Is Northern Ghana the lenght and breadth of Ghana? The next paragraph which contains the phrase "...length and breadth..." is a general statement concerning the ambition of the group.

You may have to revise your reading skills or read more carefully before evaluating a piece!
