One of the greatest shame in our country is IGNORANCE. Born and raised in Cape Coast on corn like many Ghanaians, kenkey has been my daily food in addition to other food types. But I am always hesitant to eaten Ga Kenkey made in Cape Coast because vendors in Cape Coast simply do not prepare the Ga kenkey in a qualitative form as from Osu or Teshie. Venders are simply copycats of Ga kenkey. This is the same sitiuation we are confronted with in the case of doing business in Ghana. Many Ghanian business owners are ignorant copycats. They hear and see business thriving in other parts of the world and they simply jump into it WITHOUT getting themselves well educated and trained and also to secure the expert labour force to operate the business. The consequences are what we are witnessing in the demise of Castro and Janet and many and countless businesses in Ghana. The issue even transcend into the national administration where square pegs are put in round holes. As a people in Ghana we quick to judge in such circumstances. We should also ask the critical questions in human thinking. Where in a world would a human being play in a estuary. The eddy and turbid current mixing with the underneath ocean current are such a dangerous phenomena. Underwater cameras, specialized trained dare devil underwater divers, rescue boats and submissibles are needed for such water resort facilities. Prospective patrons should be given at 30 mins education supported by videos and sometimes make visitors sign under- takings not hold the owner of the resort responsible for any demise because of the risks associated with one or some the resort's facilities. The public must also educated themselves about the natural environment we like to enjoy and some dangers associated with them when we come into contact with them. Govt should check for all safety precautions before such facilities are offered licenses to operate. Unless as a society we serious consider that life is precious and can't be replaced and we have to hold responsible and accountable those render services to the public are made to face the laws of the country we shall continue to witness and experience perhaps worst than what we are dealing with it. the Castro-Jane case is a serious criminal case and all human intelligence and security apparatus should be deployed to reach an acceptable verdict by society.

The other hidden disaster in our country is the licensing of Drug Stores who have no education and knowledge about pharmaceuticals: the sale of so-called traditional medicine in the streets and vehicles with the vendors mostly claiming that the medicine was transferred to them by their ancestors. Our citizens have become vulnerable to all sorts of tricks, including so-called Anointed Ministries preying on the emotional and psychological distress on our people who do not see any future, but only a sense of hopelessness. Hence leading to some the social ills we are now witnessing such: under age prostitution, political scramble on our vulnerable women specially in educational institutions who are very desperate to create a future for themselves. Today, our women can only secure jobs only after they have had sex with political leaders and/or authorities of the desired institutions our women choose to work. There are countless ancillary problems in the trail of hoplessness. Many have become fence watchers of the ills our country, especially toying with the Castro-Janet ill-fate. We are simmering for for a volcanic eruption in Ghana. I hear the sizzling from a near distance and that is the Castro-Janet demise as the major spew from the vent.
