If Castro is alive, your daughter is equally alive so why is she not with you? Since the case hit, a lot of people are saying all sort of things so if I were you, I would have investigated to get the facts before coming out in public with such an allegation because this is criminal if turns out to be true. But you can drown in the river or lake and your body might never be found. The dead body can be submerged in the river bed or held down by tree stumps and remain meal for sea creatures.
Those of us from riversides know this for a fact. Drowned victims are easily retrieved when the location can be pinpointed especially in a boat disaster where divers can go down and bring up bodies.
In the case of Castro and Janet, the exact location where they drowned could not be pinpointed. The jetski was found not exactly at the location where the disaster happened.
My conclusion is that they are both dead unfortunately and their corpses might never be found.
