Why has he waited for the the case to be dismissed and closed by the AG before coming out to tell us that he has evidence that Gyan actually raped the lady. Pls let's examine the whole issue very well before we jump into conclusion. No one is supporting Gyan for what he did but the truth must be told. I think the lady didn't present her case well from the beginning and that has cost her so much to loose it all. In the first place I don't believe Asamoah went to her house uninvited. The sex they had was agreed upon by both parties, period! Besides what was her motive for fixing cameras in her room in order to record the whole process. If not for blackmail purpose then what? Secondly she came out to tell us that she became pregnant as a result of the sex she had with Gyan. When it was agreed that she should deliver and after that DNA test would be conducted she later claim she has had a miscarriage. What a shock? But my question is if he indeed had anal sex with her how did she become pregnant? Hmm!!! To be continued... Mr Ampaw why are you always in the news with this same issue? If you have the evidence why did you wait till now? If I were you I wouldn't have come out to say anything on tv or radio again. You are tarnishing your own image. You got yourself involved in Castro's case and assured Ghanaians that you will bring him out. For more than a year now you've not said anything about that issue and you failed to bring him out. Ain't you ashamed of that? I find it so amusing that whatever you say in the media is published at the entertainment section. Do you know why? Because those guys see you as a joker. I used to respect you a lot but your pronouncements lately has made me to realize that you don't even respect yourself as a lawyer. The fact that you are defending the lady doesn't mean you should just go by whatever she tells you. Examine her to know the truth of the matter so that you wouldn't go out there to disgrace yourself. For those of you who think Gyan has bought justice because of money, it is not so. Never underestimate the power of a woman. Sometimes we can do the unthinkable. A very good friend of mine did similar thing and I had to take my time to monitor the case very well before i passed a judgment. I was with this friend one evening having dinner together after work. Whiles eating she told me that she wants to go home to attend to some few things before she sleeps. She didn't even allow me to see her off and she left. In less than 10 minutes she called me that some thieves have attacked her and they've sent her a bush to rape her. I was able to locate her and when i got there she was in tears claiming they've raped her and made away with over 5000 cedis from her bag. She told me they poured everything in the bag on the ground and took the money after raping her. The question i asked her was how come they didn't take your phone? And when I pick the bag from the ground everything was intact with no traces of sand or dust. I and some friends decided to report the case at the police station since she has been raped. At the police station she gave a different statement to the police compared to what she told me earlier. It was late so we couldn't get a gynaecologist to examine her to see if indeed she has been raped. I decided to spend the night with her since I thought she may be afraid to sleep alone but she asked me to go home. I woke up the next day to accompany her to the police station before we go to the hospital. When I got to her house she was already awake and was narrating the incident to her co-tenants. Here too the story was different. She was wearing jeans trouser on the day the incident happened and she was advised not to bath until test has been conducted to confirm her rape case. She was in that jeans trousers till the next morning.
