Does the Bible say keep quiet even if the leaders are being irresponsible, looking on as the national coffers are being emptied by relatives and other appointees? And even when they are caught, they're allowed to keep their booty? What special savvy does Ibrahim Mahama have for him to come to own and openly flaunt a private jet if not through the abusive support and use of his brother's office?
One can be calm but dull when it comes to running a country. That is not to talk about the high possibility of his having personally looted the country. How can one, in this case, the President, living on only his salary, hear of a person like Wayomey and others rob the country in millions and he does not seem shocked or effectively bothered in a way to fight to retrieve the money? It is only when such a person is already in the game himself that his sensitivities become dulled. No shouts wake him up. In fact he has rightly called himself a dead goat. The constitution was poorly written when it put so much power in the hands of one person: he makes all the national political appointments, causing the rest of the country to look up to him like children. After those appointments, he goes to sleep. The rest is not his business. Contracts and projects can be handled any how. Everyone handling a project is left to himself, for a good reason. That's why merely resurfacing the Kumasi airport, for instance, came to cost tens of million of dollars.
