  How many people were on the NHIA scheme under Kufour? Many of the hospitals (expecially the private ones own by the NPP sympathisers) where eager to attend to patients with the NHIA cards then because they usually increase the amount(claim) that they get from government. Now such dubious things are blocked under JM so many of these nation destroyers are reluctant to accept the card.
