How many churches do you think are real. Is not only on Ghana, but I know also in other African countries. In Europe a small congregation of 15 does more than what even a big congregation in Africa will even do for 1 year. So your questions is no churches in Ghana thinks about the needy , is for pastors to ride in Luxury cars , whiles still the poor ones pays offering . And because the offering is used wrongly , that's why there's less blessing also .

Here in USA when you carelessly knock down someone and the person loses his leg your car insurance will pay for all the cost of his medical bills and if the insurance doesn't then the person has the right to sue both the driver and the insurance company. So I don't understand why you should go to the public to solicit for funds only to make the driver drive more carelessly in the road. What are the so call lawyers doing, what about the police report etc. man up and take the driver responsible.
