Times are hard (ask in Nigeria) so if an artist isn't looking for new ways to improve their work but try to ride on old glory,that person will be in Agya koo's position.doesn't he knows the saying,out of sight out of mind? That's how showbiz is,you must constantly be in the limelight,if you take a break the fans forget you(lil win does similar stuff and even better and his charges are manageable) as in the case of Agya koo,he spent the last 5years wooing a woman in London,instead of being on set....he took a break to marry a 'london burger ' he should reassess his style of work..bring new stuff to the market and if possible get a management team to review his works before it comes out ...Don't blame anyone Mr Kofi Adu.

oh, such a pity u haven't had a part in any film in the last 5 years. n'er mind, though, 'cos one of these days something big is going to drop into your lap! ah, but i thought that only yesterday, u were complaining that producers were offering peanuts, which u rejected, for your roles! so which is which? if u ask me, i think your assessment of ur stature, pedigree in the film industry may be a notch or two higher than your producers think, so that whilst u believe u deserve a cedi, they think u deserve 50p or 60p! truth is both of u can't be right! either one is and the other is not, or u are both wrong, in which case u must move, each toward the other and, settle on say, 80p! lesson no 2 - learn that everyone is in business selling goods or services, and in the market place some forces are at play. these are demand and supply! too, in the early years of any industry, after passing the break-even point, super normal profits are made. this attracts investors to the industry the way honey attracts bees! stiff competition follows and in no time at all, some seeds fall by the way side! these are picked and swallowed by the fowls and birds of the earth! this is particularly so if ur skills are not scarce and don't require any long periods of training or apprenticeship! poets and writers have a way of putting it, they say "when the going gets tough, the tough get going"! the thing to do in such circumstances is to sit back and take stock. u may be candid to yourself or act ostrich-like. the choice and consequences are yours! immediately, though, a producer friend is recruiting actors for a hilarious film and has a role or two for actors who can speak northern twi, ga twi and eve twi! how much would u find acceptable for ur part in the film? post ur price here b4 close of day! i do hope u will land a part soon, so jdm can have some respite!
