Rex Omar squandered money given to him by his brother in-law in Holland to build him a house. The case in currently in court and he thought that by joining the NDC, he could either garner money to pay his brother in-law or have the case thrown out of court. The sad thing is that he has lost both cases. No money from the NDC, and no case thrown out. He will face his charges and may probably end up in prison for defrauding his brother in-law.
